Calabarzon RDC Pushes for Mainstreaming of Migration and Development Concerns in National and Local Development Plans (September 25, 2011)
The RDC Calabarzon Migration and Development Core Team met 1 September 2011 at the Commission on Filipinos (CFO) conference room to discuss updates on the initiatives of the Adhoc Committee on Migration and Development (ACMD) particularly on the proposed twining agreement between the Province of Rome and Batangas, LGU Feedback on the national government’s intervention for the displaced workers of Madagascar and Libya and Status of the proposed EU funded project, ‘Improving the International Migration Management System of the Philippines’ in which the region is the pilot site.
