The training is divided into three modules, wherein the first module was conducted on 12 to 14 July at the Cavite DEO Conference Room in Tagaytay City and involved lectures on traffic study, engineering, financial, economic, environmental and social aspects of a feasibility study for a bypass road. The training was attended by 50 participants. The second module involves workshops while the last module focuses in writing the FS. The next two modules are targeted to be completed by the end of September.

The feasibility studies for five bypass road projects, one for each province, and ready for funding in 2018 are targeted to be completed by the end of the training. The construction of bypass roads is essential in the continuing growth of Calabarzon as the premier industrial region of the country.
