* National and Regional Development Plan and Program Coordinator
- NEDA coordinates the formulation of socioeconomic and physical plans, policies, and programs by issuing planning guidelines, conducting multisectoral/regional consultations, and communicating and advocating for the Plan in pursuit of growth with equity.
* Public Investment Evaluator and Programmer
- NEDA evaluates and programs public investment projects by coordinating the Official Development Assistance, appraising programs and projects, and ensuring linkage of planning with budgeting.
* Development Plan, Program and Project Monitor
- NEDA monitors and evaluates socioeconomic development plans, programs, and projct implementation by conducting program/project evaluation, onsite reviews, consultations, and preparing socioeconomic reports to ensure delivery of intended benefits to society.
* Technical Assistance Provider
- NEDA provides technical and secretariat support services to the NEDA Board and its Committees, Regional Development Councils, Philippine Council for Sustainable Development, National Land Use Committee, interagency bodies, and other clients including Local Government Units by preparing technical/discussion papers and proposals, and coordinating project activities/meetings in pursuit of the development agenda.
