For the top-down planning approach, the Action Plan was guided by the overall goal of the CALABARZON Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022 which is to lay down the foundation for inclusive growth, a high-trust, and resilient society. While the bottom-up planning was done through the Action Planning workshop last October 23 which generated proposed BP2 programs, projects and activities from the local government units (LGUs).” These include projects which were proposed for funding by agencies and those that will be funded by LGUs themselves especially for the long-term.
