The CALABARZON Regional Development Council (RDC) – Balik Probinsya, Bagong PagAsa Program (BP2)Committee approved the CALABARZON BP2 Communication Plan (ComPlan) during the First Semester 2021 CALABARZON RDC-BP2 Committee Meeting last April 6.

The ComPlan aims to instill the mindset of the general public that Metropolitan Manila or the National Capital Region (NCR) is not the sole source of economic prosperity and quality services in the country. The ComPlan intends to convince people to return to their provinces or migrate to the provinces with the key message “Posible ang komportable at  masaganang  buhay  sa  probinsya”.

Ms. Bhaby De Castro of PIA Region IV-A presented the BP2 ComPlan which is based on the National Framework prepared by the Presidential Communications Operations Office  (PCOO)  which  is  the  national  BP2  agency spokesperson.

As several Committee members want to take part in the implementation of the ComPlan, Acting Chairperson and DILG Undersecretary Epimaco V. Densing III agreed to expand the  membership  of  the  CALABARZON  Communications  Group.
