The RPMC conducts the second quarter meeting via Zoom video conference.

The CALABARZON Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) endorsed the awardees of the 2021 Search for Outstanding Local Project Monitoring Committees (SOLPMC) to the RDC AdHoc Committee on Awards during its second quarter meeting on May 6 via video conference. The SOLPMC is an annual activity of the RPMC which aims to motivate and strengthen the LPMCs in the areas of project facilitation, monitoring and evaluation.

The 2021 SOLPMC was conducted from February to April with DILG as Chair of the Evaluation Committee, and NEDA, DBM, OP-PMS and three RDC private sector representatives as members. The Search Evaluation Committee assessed the pre-qualified LPMCs through virtual validations.

The 2021 Outstanding LPMCs are the Province of Batangas, San Pablo City, and the Municipality of Carmona, Cavite which also garnered the Hall of Fame Award. Meanwhile, the runners-up are the Provinces of Quezon, Cavite and Laguna, and Municipality of Catanauan, Quezon. These LPMCs sustained their operations in 2020 through the conduct and participation in virtual trainings, submission of RPMES reports and conduct of desk and field monitoring activities in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The 2021 SOLPMC awardees will be recognized during the second quarter meeting of the CALABARZON RDC on June 10.
