The RPMC conducts the third quarter meeting via Zoom video conference.

The CALABARZON Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) approved the enhanced guidelines on the 2022 Search for Outstanding Local Project Monitoring Committees (SOLPMC) during its 3rd quarter meeting on August 5. The SOLPMC is an annual activity of the RPMC which aims to motivate and strengthen the LPMCs in the areas of project facilitation, monitoring and evaluation.

The proposed enhancements in the 2022 SOLPMC Guidelines were discussed by the Evaluation Committee during its meeting on July 21. The enhancements include the scoring on timeliness of submission of RPMES reports, templates for desk and field monitoring plans, detailed supporting documents per criteria, and the Search selection process. The Evaluation Committee for the 2022 Search will be chaired by DBM Region IV-A with members from DILG Region IV-A, OP-PMS, NEDA Region IV-A, and three RDC private sector representatives.

For the 2021 Search, the Outstanding LPMCs were the Province of Batangas, San Pablo City, and the Municipality of Carmona, Cavite which also garnered the Hall of Fame Award. The awardees were recognized and given plaques and certificates of recognition during the second quarter meeting of CALABARZON Regional Development Council on June 10.
