The TWG will identify the priority courses in the Region which will be recommended for limited face-to-face classes. It will be chaired by the University of the Philippines – Los Baños with the five State Universities and Colleges and the representatives from Private Higher Education Institutions as members. Higher education organizations such as Philippine Association of Private Schools, Colleges and Universities and Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities will also be invited.

The proposal is for endorsement by the CALABARZON Regional Development Council to CHED Central Office in the fourth quarter for policy consideration in the opening of classes in the Second Semester of AY 2021-2022 which will start in January-February 2022.
